Product Update: Dye & Durham Environmental Search Reports

At SafeMove, we are continually working alongside our search report providers to ensure the conveyancing searches we provide deliver maximum value, clarity, and ease of use for you and your clients.

As part of an ongoing project by our provider, Dye & Durham, to consolidate and enhance their core environmental search portfolio based on user feedback, a minor update will be taking effect next month.

What is Changing?

Effective 20th August 2026, the Air Quality assessment will be retired from the following Dye & Durham environmental search products:

• EnviroEssential
• EnviroStandard
• EnviroPremium & EnviroPremium+
• EnviroRetail
• EnviroCommercial

Why is This Change Happening?

This update aligns the structure and content of these established core reports with Dye & Durham’s newer report lines (such as EnviroAssure and Enviro360).

Removing this section also paves the way for exciting new product features and enhancements that will be announced in due course.

What’s Next?

We will share further details on the upcoming features as soon as they become available. At that time, we will also provide an updated suite of product cards and sample reports to help you stay fully informed.
