Cancellation Policy

SafeMove will cancel a drainage and water search upon the of request the customer within 24hrs from the date and time of order, regardless of whether the search been completed.

SafeMove will attempt to cancel additional products attached with the drainage and water search, with the relevant supplier at no extra cost, however, this decision is solely based at the discretion of that supplier.

If the search borders with another water company, then SafeMove will attempt to cancel the water only product with the relevant water company with at no cost.

However, if the water company declines this request then Safe-Move will stand the cost of the water only product and cancel the search for the customer.
