Peter is a network engineering specialist with NAV company ESP Utilities Group. He an extensive 25-year career in the water utilities industry which includes 20 years at Yorkshire Water, where he held various positions encompassing managerial responsibilities, engineering expertise, network design, and involvement in legislative and regulatory matters.
