Sewer & Water Plans - Paying for Your Order

Once you have chosen your required Sewer & Water Plan product (Tip #1) and have plotted the area you wish to focus on (Tip #2), follow the steps below to learn how you may pay for your order.

Step 1: View Your Order Details

  1. After you’ve drawn the boundary around your required area and have committed the area by clicking on the Submit button above the map, click the Next button at the bottom right of the page to be taken to a summary of your order. This process is described fully in Tip #2.

    Note: Clicking the Save as quote button will prompt you to either login or create a user account. This is not needed unless you plan to revisit the order at a later date. For most people, clicking the Save as quote button is not necessary.
  2. Continue with your order with the Add to basket button.

Step 2: Enter Your Details

  1. If you have an existing website user account, you may login at this point to retrieve your details, otherwise continue and complete the form’s fields.
  2. At the bottom, enter a password to create a user account for future use.
  3. Familiarise yourself with our T&Cs and other policies where indicated, and tick the box to indicate your agreement.
  4. Click the Submit button and login with your newly created user account details.

Step 3 – Make Your Payment

Once you've logged into your dashboard, click the Pay by Card button to pay either with a PayPal account or a credit/debit card. We use PayPal as our payment provider; a PayPal account is not required to pay for your order. You may use a debit or credit card.


Step 4 – Receiving Your Order

Unless you’ve chosen a printed plan or a DXF file, all plans are delivered by email as a PDF file attachment, usually within a few minutes of ordering.

Prior to delivery, you will receive an email confirmation of your order which contains a thumbnail image of the product ordered.
