Yorkshire & Humber HMLR Price Index for June 24

June 2024 HM Land Registry data shows that in the Yorkshire and Humber region, house prices rose by 2.7% since the previous month May.

The annual price rose by 4.7% since June 2023 leaving the average property value at £215,000 across the region.
