The SafeMove team headed down to London on Monday appointed as finalists by The WOW! Awards due to the quality and volume of nominations given by their customers. They were nominated for two awards, namely, Customer Experience Delivery of the Year – small business and one for Customer Experience Professional of the Year, Cathryn Clayson one of our Customer Relationship Managers.
The WOW! Awards is an international organisation which helps businesses recognise outstanding customer service based purely on customer nominations through an online platform. At the end of the year Gala Ceremony organisations from across the globe come together to celebrate their successes and find out if they’re winners! If you’d like to find out more about The WOW! Awards, please visit www.thewowawards.co.uk.
Earlier in the year, SafeMove were tasked with preparing a 20 minute presentation for a panel of judges to showcase why they’d been nominated! It was then in September that some of the team visited Raddison Blue Hotel - Edwardian Grafton to present their work and why they believed they were winners!
It is with great pleasure to announce that SafeMove were Winners of the Customer Experience Delivery of the Year award, a fantastic achievement for everyone! There are so many brilliant organisations out there who provide exceptional customer Service, so SafeMove were ecstatic to say the least!
A special mention to Kelly, Stacey and Sue who presented to the judges in September which was the first time for two of them and to Cathryn Clayson who had to ‘go it alone’ and talk about herself and what she does. This in itself is incredibly difficult to do! Although we didn’t have a win in the bag for Cathryn, she’s definitely a winner to us and it’s such an achievement to become an individual finalist against such incredible people, a huge well done Cathryn!
For the 2nd year running SafeMove were proud to have their customers join them on the day, this is a great opportunity for them to see what the end result looks like once they’ve nominated an individual or the team. A big thank you to Adam Fletcher, Ridley & Hall, Jill butler & Liz Deeble, Ware & Kay for sharing this special day with us.
SafeMove are pleased to announce that they have recently added the suite of environmental reports from Future Climate Info (FCI) to their product portfolio.
