UK Excellence Awards & UK Satisfaction Finalists

SafeMove’s aspiration is to win the UK Excellence Awards by 2020 through their continued use of the European Foundation for Quality Management Model (EFQM) and subsequent business improvement plans. Just a few months ago EFQM assessors visited us to undertake our 2 year Enhanced Recognised for Excellence assessment over a 3 day period. It’s with great pleasure to announce that following this, we have scored between 600-700 points which has increased our performance in the region of 50-100+ points over the last 2 years. This means that we’ve maintained 5 star recognition, demonstrating that we’re a high performing organisation where change is the norm, we improve, refine and simplify the practices we use to achieve our goals and we are able to demonstrate ongoing improvements in our results in line with our strategy! As a result of this, The British Quality Foundation (membership organisation representing excellence and performance improvement in the UK through the use of business improvement approaches and tools), have deliberated over a vast quantity of assessments from organisations all over the UK and have chosen SafeMove as a UK Excellence Finalist for the 2018 awards. A huge accolade for the whole of the team who have worked tirelessly over the past 18 months on our improvement plans to become a leading business, not just in Yorkshire, but in the UK.

 

In March of this year, we’ll find out whether we’re winners of the UK Excellence Awards and we will also be hoping to win at the UK Customer Satisfactions Awards run by the Institute of Customer Service following our submission in the ‘Feedback Strategy Award’ category. Again something which we’re very proud of!
