The Institute of Customer Service (ICS) is an independent, professional service body that exists to improve a business’s performance by improving their customers’ experiences.
SafeMove are proud members of ICS and hold their coveted Institute of Customer Service Training Mark and their ServiceMark Distinction, accreditations.
In January 2022, as part of our ICS membership, SafeMove’s customers will be invited to participate in an anonymous insights survey to assess how their experience, behaviours and preferences have changed during the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of the service SafeMove offers.
ICS’s research will give an independent insight into what our customers think of SafeMove’s service and will present us with an opportunity to benchmark ourselves against other customer focused organisations across the UK.
This will be the first survey by the ICS on behalf of SafeMove since 2019 and as before, they will be using the independent research company Exemplas to conduct the research.
Remember, all your responses are anonymous, and all participants will be entered into a draw to win one of three £100 shopping vouchers.
