Following the launch of the Coal Authority’s new industry leading official CON29M report, The Coal Authority will be hosting a series of free to attend CPD events across Britain during April and May. SafeMove will be joining The Coal Authority as guest speakers the Novotel Sheffield Centre on Wednesday 8 May 2019 where they will take you through their new CON29M report and how this can support you and your clients.
On the day Coal will:
• introduce you to their industry leading official CON29M coal mining report
• take you through the changes and improvements in the new report
• demonstrate how the new CON29M report can further benefit you and your clients
• explain how Coal’s data expertise supports their industry leading coal mining reports
In addition to providing insight into the new report, this event will include a session from SafeMove’s Customer Relationship Managers: Amy Parkinson and Cathryn Clayson who will running through the official CON29DW report. We’ll be taking a detailed look at the official CON29DW considering the rationale for the questions and explaining the implications of the answers. Cathryn and Amy will go on to explain the differences between the official search and the many regulated searches that are available. Using case study examples, we will go through the key risk areas, after which conveyancers will be able to make an informed choice on which one to use when it comes to mitigating the risks for their clients whilst maintaining their own due diligence.
In addition, Jamie Winch, Policy and Stakeholder Engagement Manager for the Local Land Charges Programme at HM Land Registry will also be joining the line up to provide an update on HM Land Registry digital transformation towards becoming the world’s leading land registry for speed, simplicity and an open approach to data.
Refreshments will be supplied throughout the day, including lunch (if you have any dietary requirements, please advise at the time of booking).
This event has limited spaces available, so please register directly with The Coal Authority using the following Eventbrite form.
If you’re unable to make the 8th May – The Coal Authority will also be featured at our own CPD event in July, also in Sheffield. More information on that event including how to register may be found here.
