Landmark - New Residential Reports & Pricing from 19th Nov

31 October 2024

On November 19, 2024, Landmark Information is launching their remastered portfolio of residential environmental reports, which includes consolidation and enhancement of data features, an at-a-glance front page, a screen-friendly landscape layout, new names, and pricing.

These new products will be available in the SafeMove catalogue automatically from November 19th.

Here is a summary of the key changes and their respective benefits:

Improved Environmental Reports

  • Landmark's Radon Risk and Homecheck Mining and Subsidence reports will be retired as standalone products and integrated into their core environmental reports.
  • EnviroSearch and RiskView reports will include climate change modules, which will help you and your clients make an informed decision about future environmental challenges.
  • All of Landmark’s core reports will now include enhanced key risk assessments as standard, featuring a new tiering system: Professional Opinion, Full Assessment, and Screened. This aims to simplify the due diligence process.

As part of their portfolio remastering, Landmark will be retiring some product bundles that are no longer required, as their remastered reports have evolved to include them as standard. These changes offer greater flexibility and configurable options, tailored specifically for conveyancers and solicitors, ensuring that they receive exactly what they need.

Retired Bundles from November 19, 2024
