During the COVID-19 crisis, SafeMove has closed its offices in order to abide by the government’s social distancing rules. However, our business remains fully operational as mechanisms are in place for our staff to work remotely from home. Our office closure does however, mean that our main 0800 telephone number has also been closed, and we’re encouraging customers to contact us by email wherever possible using email@example.com for all matters including search and invoicing queries. If you do wish to speak to us, please contact your account manager or one of our remote working staff on the numbers below.
Other operational matters related to our remote working status are detailed later in this article.
Like our physical offices, our normal 0800 phone line remains closed. Should you need to call us, please contact one of our remote working team members below or send us an email using the address firstname.lastname@example.org
Access to the Public Mapping Computer
Some customers use the public mapping computer at our head office in Bradford
Yorkshire Water continues to abide by the government’s advice with respect to employee safeguarding and social distancing measures across all its sites including Buttershaw. To this end, the Buttershaw, Bradford site will remain closed to all external visitors and all but key-worker Yorkshire Water staff.
This means that access to the public asset record mapping computer located on the site, will remain inaccessible to users for the foreseeable future. People requiring asset record plans should continue to request a plan by email using email@example.com with details of their request citing Map Request in the email's subject line. Maps will be returned by email as soon as possible.
Regrettably, we are unable to offer any interpretation of asset plans obtained through this service.
