Jill was assigned to deal with a complaint about a CON29DW search for me. From the start of my complaint, she was sympathetic. This really helped me have trust in Safe move from my first email back from Jill. Usually, when a customer communicates a complaint, they expect a reactive and defensive response from the company and their representatives. I felt Jill was a neutral investigator and treated me in a fair and respectful manner. The matter was dealt with in good time, at all stages Jill kept me informed of the progress, and assured me of time frames.
My dealings with Safemove , although initially prompted by a complaint have left me feeling very positive about the company and Jill has been a central thread in all this. Thank you Jill for your sympathy, professionalism and efficiency in dealing with my complaint.
