Safe-move are able to provide our customer's with the choice of an Authoritative or Personal Local Authority Search. We can supply Authorative searches across Yorkshire and most of the North West .Prices vary dependant on the area. Please click the attachment below to view all areas we offer and prices. Our personal Local Authority Search is provided through our Partner PSG and is available nationwide. The Local Authority search is split into two parts, LLCC1 relating to all registered charges against the property and the Con29, dealing with enquiries relating to planning, highways and environmental services which may affect the property or land. There are also optional enquiries which are charged for individually.

Land Registry Title Documents

 The Land Registry title documents are a mandatory element of the Home Information Pack. The documents comprise of two parts; the title plan and the title register. The plan is a large scale location plan showing the boundary of the property marked in red. The register contains important information regarding the property such as the current owners, details of any notices against any of the previous owners and, if the property was purchased after April 2000, the purchase price will usually be stated.

 

Energy Performance Certificate

 Ordered directly through PSG Energy, the EPC is a certificate providing an energy performance rating for the buil ding from 'A ' to 'G'; with 'A ' being the most energy efficient and 'G' being the l east. These ratings come with an associated report that suggests improvements to make the building more energy efficient.
