In an effort to make our office as environmentally friendly as possible on Monday 15th November, Safe-Move will be returning all paper searches as a double sided document.
We are continually reviewing our impact on the environment and constantly undergoing work to improve in this area.
Some of the actions already taken include various recycling bins around the office and returning one copy of a search rather than two. Changing our systems to a dual screen means there is no need for search requests or emails to be printed off and we actively encourage all our customers to order and receive searches electronically.
Kelly Norcliffe, Safe-Move’s green champion, commented ‘This is a project I have been looking at for a while. Whilst we have already taken steps to reduce our carbon impact we realise there is still more work to be done; by sending searches back double sided we have made another big step forward and will continually look to further improve’.
