SafeMove is a trading arm of Yorkshire Water that operates out of their head office in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Conveyancers and property lawyers have been trusting us with their residential and commercial conveyancing search needs since 2001.

CON29DW Provider

SafeMove are the providers of the Law Society's CON29DW Residential and Commercial, drainage and water conveyancing reports for the Yorkshire and North Humber region.

Together with leading industry partners including Dye & Durham, The Coal Authority, Groundsure, and Landmark; we offer law firms and conveyancers a single point of contact for all of their property searches including the official LLC1 and CON29 searches for each local authority across England and Wales.

As we form part of Yorkshire Water, we have direct access to the public clean water and sewer pipe plans that they use daily to run their business. These are available to purchase for a specific property or plot of land for a variety of uses and are returned within a few minutes.
